Andrew Undi Lee   |  이보영

Founding Director - Sydney 

Andrew Undi Lee is a queer, Australian-born Korean director, writer, producer and production designer. Recipient of the AFTRS Kenneth B Myer Award for Exceptional Talent and the Young Australian Korean Filmmaker Award from the Korean Consulate of Australia. His Film and TV writing credits include MELON GRAB (Screen Australia), TROPPO, BORN TO SPY (ABC) and NIGHT BLOOMERS (SBS). He was also the Korean consultant for THE NEWSREADER (ABC) and AFTER THE VERDICT (9NETWORK). As a designer, his short films have screened at Berlinale, Sundance, Venice Film Festival, Tribeca and Clermont Ferrand.

Andrew's first love is literature and he is a multilingual speaker of English, French, Korean and Russian.

Ashlea Ritchie

Founding Director - Melbourne

Ashlea Ritchie is a dynamic creative producer with experience in television production, low-budget features, TVCs, and online content. She is currently in development with SBS and Screen Australia on the  series NIGHT BLOOMERS (SBS). Producer of the Screen Australia Hot Shots film MELON GRAB (Screen Australia) and the associate producer on the feature film ROBERT THE BRUCE.

Ashlea was also the production manager on the feature film PAWNO and completed a producer’s attachment through the Open Channel program for EMO - THE MUSICAL.
